Gramma comes to town.

We are growing up so fast. I am so amazed by our little blessings. To have them all together under one roof and for an entire weekend is just too much fun. Each one has a unique and wonderful personality. Even when they are butting heads, I find joy in each and every moment.
We love you Holt and Teal, Aunt B and Gramma!

Feeding the Ducks

What a fun weekend. Gramma, Aunt B and Holt and Teal came to visit this weekend to watch Braxton's basketball tournament. After the games we stopped by the river to feed the ducks. Cheap Thrills.

A Super Sunday

In anticipation of the big game, we haeded to the lake for some afternoon fishing and a quiet picnic with the boys. We even took our pooch Abbie!
The boys had a blast. Since the lake was rather low, Brax was able to find some AWESOME clams that were still closed. Really Cool.
Baeden had the best time trying to skip rocks/throw rocks in the lake.
While it was rather on the cool side to really catch anything, we still had a blast bonding.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY AUNT BROOKE!

Braxton and Baeden love their Aunt Brooke. We were invited to attend lunch with Brooke and the gang. Happy Birthday -- We love you!

Basketball Season has Started

Braxton is so excited to be playing bball again. We had a interesting and trying first season last year. We are back with a vengence this year. Braxton is much more focused this year and we have a wonderful coach. Our team is mostly all 5 year old playing in a 6U league which means we will be playing against some 7 year olds. Just to give you an idea, some of the boys on other teams warm-up with lay-up lines, while our boys are still trying to figure out which basket to shoot at. All in all, we are so blessed to be on a great team with great kids and great parents. We will definitely have fun and Coach Chad will give our boys a great start to a long career.
I thought this was the cutest pic of Braxton on his way to the basket, but then I realized he was being defended by his own man. Perfect defensive stance thought. Gotta love em!
Braxton's biggest fan! Baeden loves to got to the games. He likes when big brother is out on the court playing, because that means that he gets the basketball all to himself. He practices his dribbling in the corner with mommy and daddy. He has quite the hands for a little guy. Next year will be his year to start on his own team.
