Did We Make the Nice List?

The boys are waiting so patiently on the stairs ready to see if Santa stopped by our house and guess what.........................

HE SURE DID!
Checking our stockings.... The big man brought playdoh, dinosaur books, coloring books, and action figures.
Now that the stocking had been emptied it was time to head to the tree and shred some paper.

Computer Cool School and Ben 10.... Yippey!

Handy Manny and Heman ... AWESOME!

The boys had a wonderful Christmas morning. They were so appreciative of Santa's generousity. This year we spent more time focused on the joy of family and less on the craziness of materialism.
What a blessed year.

Christmas Eve Celebration

We usually spend Christmas Eve with the Burdick-Fanuzzi Clan. I am so lucky to have become apart of such a big and wonderfully close family. We had so much fun with the White Elephant Exchange and I was lucky enough to end up with the Iron Gym after someone stole my hour massage. The boys each got to open one present so they wouldn't feel left out of the "adult" festivities. Brad's mom fixed a great Texas style Christmas Eve Dinner with fajitas and tamales.

Brax with Gramma B
Brooke, Aunt Barb (the beautiful), and Uncle Mike
Michael, Nick, and Matt
AND yes... Christmas is my favorite season because I also get to share my birthday with the greatest birthdays of all.
What more could a girl ask for ... the best two presents!
After a great celebration with family, we headed home to leave cookies and milk out for Santa. The boys were so excited to get upstairs and into bed in hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there.

Santa Claus is Coming to Town

Aunt B came to town and so did Gramma C for the big trip to Bass Pro Shop to visit santa. The line was about 100 deap so the boys figured they had time to test-drive the 4 wheelers.
(NO SANTA WILL NOT BE LEAVING ONE OF THESE UNDER OUR TREE ANYTIME SOON)

Braxton looks so handsome here. (One of my favorate-ist pictures yet.)
Holt and Teal hanging out under the antler tree.
Braxton was so excited to visit with Santa.... Baeden couldn't move far enough away.
What a good-looking crew. Look at the distance Baeden put between himself and the man in red. Gramma C had to keep scooting him closer AND he never made eye contact.

What a lucky Gramma. She is loved by these little ones and we are so lucky to have her in our lives. Thanks Gramma C for coming to Boerne and helping the mommies keep the herd in check.
